Enough is enough, I am seriously lacking some important things that balance out my life.
1. I haven’t been cranking up the music at every opportunity (I get so much out of music, I believe that song writers are passing on messages from the universe)
2. I have been so busy that I have been missing out on my running! Running is my medicine, it calms me, empowers me and gets me back in touch with the real world, because running out here is something special
and add music to my run and I have perfect balance and always come back with a smile on my face.

Now, you have to be inventive when it comes to strength training out here, I do go to the gym – there is a great one in town, I love to do the classes there, bodypump, bodybalance and zumba – but I also like to mix up my runs sometimes with some muscle work in between
This dress my Sister gave me, she put the little studs on the bust!
It is super short on me as it is a few sizes too small, so now that I am back in full swing with exercise, lets see if it fits me better in a few months!
I made the over skirt to go with it and now a simple dress has been turned into a funky evening dress – maybe with no tank, no leggings with super smooth legs after some shaping up and some heels instead of runners
Sorry Boof, I will take you for a long run tonight when it cools down, it’s too warm for you to run now, you also need some regular running with me, you had the whole winter off too you lazy bugger!!
